
Bragança Paulista City Council Reaches Out to Citizens Through New Oracle-Based Web Site
Founded 208 years ago, one of the oldest city councils in São Paulo, Bragança Paulista City Council serves 120,000 residents. In 2004, the council set up a Web site to give citizens real-time coverage of pending legislative projects, as well as information about tax codes, residential codes, and services. In 2000, the city of Bragança Paulista received the quality control certification for excellence in resident’s care from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
